Moving out?

To check out of your unit and close your lease, send a picture of your unit cleaned and swept out to 503-468-9873. Once we review the picture, we will send a follow up text message notifying you that your lease is closed. Depending on the time of the month you close your lease, you may be entitled to a refund which takes 7 to 10 business days.
